Sorte has had a hard life, all resulting from the actions of one
Nemesis Divine. When Sorte was just a child, her parents were broken up when it was revealed her father was having an affair
with Nemesis, who was whoring her body out at the time.
Her mother left Sorte's father and refused to allow the girl to
see him ever again. Sorte's mother fell into a life of drug abuse soon after, as a result of stress and lonliness, and
grew increasingly distant. Sorte left home as soon as she believed she was capable, and before too long, found a man who loved
her like no one else had.
They were married a short two years before Nemesis once again popped
into her life. Miss Divine had become an assassin, and, acting on a contract, showed up one evening at Sorte's home. The young
rogue was rendered unconscious by a blow from behind. When she came to, her husband's body lay a few feet away...without his
head.
Since then, Sorte has devoted everything into improving her abilities.
The reason behind it is simple: Vengeance.
